I first picked up a lens a few months before my daughter was born. The idea was to capture every moment I could because, time flies and you cannot pause life unless you put it on camera. So what started as a way to document her growth turned into a passion for chasing light and the beauty that surrounds us. Whether its taking family portraits, head shots, landscapes, a wedding or nature, I always feel at home behind the camera.

As a former baseball player for the University of Florida Gators, I always got excited before we took the field. There is an indescribable energy just before that first pitch is thrown. With photography its the same thing. When the light and the moment come together I feel that same energy and it cannot be contained. This is when I like to share images with my clients so they can see what we are creating. Giving them a glimpse seems to settle the nerves, makes for more natural pictures and builds trust.

I reside in sunny South Florida in the small town of Hobe Sound. I have had the privilege of the traveling the world with my beautiful wife Stacy and full of life Daughter, Stella Rae
